Customers should be encouraged to testify to their positive experiences with the company. This is beneficial for everyone involved.

When an individual feels that they are getting a good financial value for the products that they are purchasing they will usually use the services of a company in the future. Customer loyalty should always be appreciated in one way or another. Sometimes giving special discounts to loyal customers is advantageous. Sometimes businesses do not take complete advantage of the ability to do this. Failure to do this is the same as throwing away potential extra money.

Customers buy things for two primary reasons – to meet a need or simply because they desire it. With face creams, the motivation is looking years younger, not necessarily because of the latest antioxidant ingredient in them. The bottom line for your service or product is what it does for your customers. How does it make them feel? When you plan your marketing campaign, it is important to keep the psychological aspects of the customers in the forefront of your mind.
